My journey....

My name is Marilyn Rivet and I have gone back to painting in 2019 , after many years working in the travel industry.

The passion is still alive, and I love working with colours, creating paintings for everyone to dream and have their own story.
There have been moments of self-doubt, but the passion and determination I have to create overcome that.

I use vibrant colours in my creations which hopefully evoke a feeling of openness and interest to the viewer.

Each of my artworks are created with joy and there is a little piece of my soul in every paintings.
I believe that art has a tremendous effect on our emotional well-being.
My artwork is an energy booster that I hope to spread to others because this world needs more joy and healing.
